Welcome to the innov8 Consulting Group

The innov8 consulting group was established in August 2004 by former IBM executive, Dr Mark Bagshaw. The business became operational in July 2007 when Mark left IBM to focus on the business as Managing Director.
The business was established to focus on strategic business consulting with a particular emphasis on applying strategic change management methodologies to large-scale national and international projects in the broad areas of social reform. It brings to this area a combination of extensive strategic management experience in the corporate sector with a lifetime involvement with and commitment to social reform.
The business operates as an independent consultancy, forming partnerships and alliances with other consulting companies with whom the Group has established business relationships as appropriate for each project with which the Group will engage and/or participate.
